Creating Cool Fonts with Adobe Illustrator

Throughout this tutorial we describe how to create three different styles of text in Adobe Illustrator. Starting off with creating a offset path text, which could be used on business cards or to create your own personal logo. Next, we go through the steps of creating a 3D text. Finally we create a cliff hanger text, which looks as if your text has been cut off, this could be used to create channel art for your youtube channel or website (however the possibilities are endless). Recreating Vintage Camera Using Illustrator

This video is a beginner tutorial that briefly explains various techniques when creating a Character Outline in Adobe Illustrator. We show you how to work with tools such as the Pen, Ellipse and Paint Brush Tools in the simplest way. We talk about the different techniques you can use when adding colour to your character, for example, adding a ‘Fill’. We also talk about how to organize using layers and a few keyboard tricks to help you save time during the creation of your character outline.
