Ice and Snow Photography in the Sault!
Not that Sioux, the other one!
Last Saturday in Sault Ste. Marie we ventured into the cold to take a closer look at the winter landscape around us. Situated on the scenic St. Mary’s river, we found frozen flora and fauna to inspire our photographic hike.
Our challenge was to come up with interesting compositions using ice and snow as our subject.
Waylon, William and Myles had fun, even though they didn’t really dress for the weather!
Waylon mastered the art of aperture play, and William and Myles gave composition a second thought as they worked at improving their photo-work one snap at a time. Can you spot the leading lines and rule of thirds?
